This privacy policy describes the commitments made by ANC Consulting regarding the processing of your personal data, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended.

Data collected
When you use the contact form on this site, ANC Consulting collects the following data:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Message content
No other data is automatically collected. The site does not use tracking cookies, audience-measurement tools, or advertising pixels.
Purpose of collection
The data collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Responding to your contact request
- Establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with you, if you so wish
- Tracking commercial exchanges and keeping a record of our correspondence
Your data is never used for unsolicited commercial prospecting, nor sold to third parties.
Legal basis for processing
The processing of your personal data is based on two grounds:

Retention period
Your personal data is kept for a period of three (3) years from our last contact, unless you request its deletion. At the end of this period, it is permanently and securely deleted.
Recipients and processors
The data collected is intended solely for Ms. Atf Nagbou, director of ANC Consulting. It is in no case sold, rented, or transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.
For the technical operation of the contact form, ANC Consulting uses the following service provider as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR:

EmailJS complies with GDPR requirements. Messages pass through their servers before being delivered by email to ANC Consulting.

- Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
